Parade Float $65 per Vehicle/Float    $25 Each Additional Vehicle


Food/Activity Vendor $100 (limited quantity)  *Business License & Insurance required

Logo on banner at the parade and Info passed out in welcome bag. Also, Yard Sign on route and radio spot at VIP live feed located at The Welcome Center.

Bronze Level- Includes Social Media and Website Promotion, Info passed out in welcome bag. 


Indian River City UMC (a non-profit 501c3) has blessed our community for over 50 years! Proceeds from parade go to Celebrate Recovery North Brevard, Kiwanis Meals on Wheels, & Titusville Civic Center Homeless Cold Night Shelter.



Rules and FAQ

Register for 2021 Titusville Christmas Parade


Deadline for registration and payment for sponsors is Tuesday Nov 23rd, 2021.
Parade Registration deadline is Dec 4th!


Registration can be made online or payment be dropped off at our church office, 
1355 Cheney Hwy Monday-Thursday 9am-4pm.


The staging area (Titusville High School) will open to parade
participants at 11:00am on parade day.


THERE WILL BE NO PARKING ALLOWED IN THE STAGING AREA.


If you are dropping off participants for the parade, 
you MUST park OUTSIDE of the staging area and walk in.


Entry to the staging area must be from the SOUTHBOUND lanes of US1. 
Parade entries will enter the staging area via Pinehurst Avenue only.


Entries must be in line no later than 3:30pm on parade day.


All Riders and Walkers must be in place no later than 5:00pm on parade day.
 (The gates will be closed at 5:00pm)


Floats are NOT to exceed 8 ft. wide, 42 ft. long and 14 ft. tall.


No Santa on floats/entries; there will be one official Santa at the end of the parade.


Candy may NOT be THROWN from floats/vehicles/trailers or by walkers. It may ONLY be HANDED out to parade viewers. This is a serious safety issue and any violation will result in removal from the parade and may not be allowed entry in future parades.


Distribution of any materials that are deemed inappropriate for children will not be tolerated and the offending organization may not be allowed entry in future parades.


There must be an adult on floats that will include children.


A placard will be provided on parade day and must be placed on
the right side (passenger side) of the float/vehicle.


It is the responsibility of parents with children participating in the parade to make necessary arrangements to have children met and picked up at designated locations after the parade.


No one may get on/off a float or entry once it has started down the parade route.


No alcoholic beverages are permitted at any time – before or during the parade.
