Sports Ministry at Indian River City UMC
We are excited to announce our new Sports Ministry. From Pickleball to Softball and more sports to come, we are pleased to be able to offer our church family a fun way to connect with each other outside of Sunday morning.
PICKLEBALL
Come learn and play the fastest growing sport in America! It is essentially a combination of tennis and table tennis using a little whiffle ball and played with a wooden or graphite paddle. We play in the gym in Wesley Fellowship Hall.
At Indian River City we offer:
Instructional Pickleball on the 2nd Sunday of every month from 2-4pm. This is for Beginners and people who need coaching. No equipment or experience needed.
“All Play Pickleball” on Monday nights from 6:15-8:00pm. This for more experienced players. The cost is $2 per time or $10 for a pass for ten times (Savings of $10). Monday nights are open to the community.

Softball
Come cheer on our Space Cowboys, Fridays in May and June at Chain of Lakes Park for a double header. Games are at 6:30 and 7:30pm.
