Adult Ministries

Everyone wants a place to belong; a place where someone knows our name, and we can be accepted as we are. Growth Groups seeks to offer such a place for everyone!  Growth Groups also challenge people to grow deeper in their spiritual journey, become active participants in the IRC community, and develop leadership skills. The ultimate goal is to develop disciples of Christ, who in turn make disciples!

Come Connect, Grow and Serve with us in one of our on-campus Growth Groups. Click on the following links to learn more: Adult Connections, Adults, Ladies, Men, Seniors, Connections.

Men's Ministry

Do your best to add these things to your lives: faith, goodness, knowledge, self-control, patience, service for God, kindness for your brothers and sisters in Christ, and love. If all these things are in you and are growing, they will help you to be useful and productive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. - 2 Peter 1:5-8

Join a growing number of men in our church who are connecting through fellowship opportunities, growing in their faith through small groups and studies and serving Christ through projects to our church family and community.

Men’s Ministry offers three major events during the year:

  • Family Super Bowl Party in February
  • Family 4th of July Picnic
  • Advent by Firelight in December

Men’s small groups and short-term Bible studies are held throughout the year. For information about connecting with a group, study or Men’s Ministry, please contact: Mark Peterson at or 321-269-2815.

Mission: Growing men to become living examples of Christ.

MOPS is our local moms group based out of Indian River City Church. Our group includes moms from Titusville, Mims, Cocoa, Port St. John, and other surrounding cities. We typically meet twice a month as moms, plus host play dates, moms' nights out, and more. We have multiple meeting options to do our best to meet the schedules of all moms, and we'd love for you to join us! For more information, follow us on our Facebook Group Page.

"MOPS" stands for "Mothers of Preschoolers," which is where MOPS originally started, and now MOPS has expanded to include moms with school-age children. MOPS International encourages and equips moms with young children to realize their potential as mothers, women, and leaders, in relationship with Jesus, and in partnership with the local church.

For more information, contact Co-Leaders, Victoria Ausanka & Gretchen Russick, and Night MOPS Leader, Megan Loud, at or check the website at
